The marvelous American pop band “No Mercy” features its founder and lead singer “Marty Cintron” through a memorable concert in Dubai bringing his fans loads of joy, excitement, and nostalgic memories at Dubai Opera on 10 September 2021.

Marty Cintron is an American singer, musician, and songwriter, whose music was charted on billboard and featured in movies, such as “A Night At The Roxbury”. Marty has sold over 10 million records of his albums around the world.

“No Mercy” band started its musical career in Germany, 1995, when a European producer was charmed by songs Marty performed in the streets of South Beach in Miami. At that time, the band included three members “Marty Cintron” and the twin brothers Ariel and Gabriel Hernández. Later on. “Marty” carried on with the musical career alone, but he kept featuring the band name. Throughout its successful journey, “No Mercy” released 4 albums and more than 15 hit singles, their most popular songs include “Missing”, “No Mercy”, “Where Do You Go”, “When I Die”, and many more songs that were top ranked all over the globe.

“No Mercy” songs have been listed on many significant international charts. Songs such as “No Mercy” and “Where Would You Go” have received the gold and platinum record in many countries around the world. More on, “No Mercy” has about 790K monthly listeners on Spotify.  

During the concert, Martin Cintron will play his popular music that combines pop, soul, Latin rhythms, R&B, along with the Mediterranean effect of the Spanish guitar, which will create a groove of dancing and singing to the mix of fast-paced and slow songs.

This concert is organized by Arabian Entertainment House, a specialized company in concert planning and hosting international artists in the UAE.

FAQs:

I don’t have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine, can I attend the performance?

No.  Only customers who have proof of First and Second Vaccine doses, on the AL HOSN app / DHA App / printed Dubai Health Authority Vaccination Certificate be able to attend the performance.  Visitor and tourists to Dubai must show their Government issued vaccination certificate.

There are no exceptions to this rule therefore children not eligible for the vaccination are not permitted to attend. Since the current minimum age to receive the Covid-19 vaccine is 12 years in the UAE, the age limit of the event has been updated accordingly. 


What if I have only received one dose?

Customers must have received both the First and Second doses of an approved COVID-19 Vaccination, and have completed the immunity requirements which vary for each approved vaccine (AstraZeneca/ Pfizer/ Sinopharm), to gain access to the performance.


How long do I have to wait after my second dose before I am considered vaccinated?

Both vaccine doses must have been administered and the period for immunity completed. 

AstraZeneca - 15 days after the second dose.

Pfizer - 2 weeks after the second dose.

Sinopharm - 28 days after the second dose.


Do I still need to wear a face mask?

Yes.  As per Dubai Municipality guidelines, all customers must wear their face mask at all times, including during the performance.  You will be asked to leave if you are not wearing your face mask correctly.


Do I need to present a PCR test?

No.  You only need to show proof of First and Second COVID-19 Vaccine doses.  A negative PCR test will not be accepted as a replacement.

No admission will be allowed into the concert without proof of vaccination. This applies to attendees of all ages. 


Is anyone exempted?

There are no exemptions for any age groups. Ticket holders who have not completed both Covid-19 doses and completed the immunity period are not allowed to enter the event. No refunds will be made in such cases. 


What is the seating plan?

You will receive your tickets with specific seat numbers at the time of booking.


When will I receive the E-ticket? 

You will receive an instant E-ticket upon booking the event. 

The E-ticket with the QR Code should be printed or downloaded and carried to the venue for entry. 


What are the entry timings and concert timings?

The gates open at 7:30 PM and the main concert starts at 8:00 PM. There may be some opening acts before the main performance. However, these are tentative timings and BookMyShow will not be responsible for any unforeseen delays here.


How do I gain entry to the show?

Please carry a clear printout of your E-ticket / Email containing the QR Code for entry. Entry will be given upon scanning the QR Code at the gate to validate the ticket. If you are producing the ticket on your mobile device, we advise you to make sure you have downloaded the ticket in advance and saved it, to avoid any network connectivity issues. Please also carry your vaccination certificates on the Al Hosn app as mentioned above. 


Is there parking at the venue?

Limited free and paid parking, subject to availability

What are the age restrictions that apply?

Every attendee needs to have a valid ticket and there are no child tickets. Persons below 16 years’ age will need to be accompanied by an adult carrying a valid ticket. Kids under 12 are not allowed. 

Alcohol will not be served to persons below the legal drinking age of 21. We advise patrons to carry an age proof to the venue.

Where can I access my Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Vaccination Certificate / Card?

  • Vaccination certificates / cards are issued electronically via the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) app.  The DHA app can be downloaded from  (https://www.dha.gov.ae/en/Pages/ViewAllSmartApplications.aspx).

  • All visitors are required to carry and wear face-masks and adhere by stipulated Covid-19 prevention guidelines including social distancing. The venue reserves the right to remove or deny entry to visitors, without compensation, for not wearing face masks within the venue (including inside the show area) or otherwise violating social distancing guidelines.
  • Seating will be allotted as per social distancing guidelines. All patrons are required to occupy their respective seats and not occupy seats / rows that are to be kept vacant between individuals or groups. 
  • Contactless thermal temperature scanners will be used to check body-temperature of all visitors prior to entry. The venue reserves the right to deny entry to any visitor who displays higher than normal temperature, signs of fever or any other Covid-19 / flu-like symptoms, without compensation.
  • By purchasing this ticket, you undertake to abide by the above guidelines for Covid-19 prevention.
  • Tickets once sold will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded. No requests for change of seats will also be entertained. 
  • All attendees need to have a valid ticket and be accompanied by an adult also carrying a valid ticket. Attendees are requested to arrive at the venue well in advance of the starting time for the concert. Gates open at 7:30PM. Attendees below 16 need to be accompanied by an adult ticket holder. 
  • Entry to the event is subject to validation of the ticket at the gate.  
  • Please carry a printout of your ticket bearing the QR Code / barcode or download the same on your mobile device. If produced on your mobile device, it is the buyer’s responsibility that the QR Code / Barcode is clearly visible on your device – we advise download in advance to avoid issues due to network connectivity. 
  • Please carry an identity proof to the venue (UAE driving license / Emirates ID / Passport) 
  • No outside food and beverages may be carried inside the venue. 
  • The ticket is inclusive of one drink per ticket. 
  • Please refrain from carrying any prohibited substances, including but not restricted to drugs, firearms, glass bottles, professional cameras and video cameras, ammunition, weapons, whistles, air horns or other such devices or explosive material to the venue. If banned substances are found on person, the venue reserves the right to evict the bearer from the event without any compensation and also initiate proceedings as required by law.
  • Backpacks, and I-Pads, tablets, laptops, professional cameras, recording devices, selfie sticks are not permitted at the venue.
  • Strollers, prams and baby capsules are not allowed at the venue.  
  • Please carry valid identity / age proof at the venue. For overseas travelers, please keep passport and visa handy.
  • Purchasers will be responsible for making their own arrangements for travel till the venue, and stay if applicable
  • BookMyShow will not be responsible for any change programme schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Alcohol if available at the venue, will not be served to individuals below 21 years of age, irrespective of the category of ticket booked. The bartender may request age proof before serving alcohol. Underage attendees may please be advised accordingly. 
  • Pets are not allowed at the venue. 
  • This is a strictly no smoking venue (including E-cigarettes and vaping devices) – patrons may only use the designated smoking area.
