The Coca-Cola Arena is the first and largest fully air-conditioned, multipurpose indoor Arena in the Middle East and the only Arena to operate year-round in the region. 

With a capacity of 17,000, the Coca-Cola Arena has the capability to host major international touring artists, a full range of sporting events, family entertainment, comedy shows, exhibitions and gala dinners because of its highly adaptable design which includes a rolling modular stage, automated drapes and a retractable seating system that creates more intimate spaces for smaller-scale events. 

The Coca-Cola Arena is equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system and almost 400 square metres of modular and ribbon LED screens. The roof structure can support 190 metric tonnes of production equipment meaning the biggest and best shows in the world can be easily accommodated. The entire façade of the Coca-Cola Arena is equipped with an LED strip light system that illuminates the surrounding City Walk neighbourhood at night and changes colour depending on the action inside. The Arena also includes 42 corporate suites which raise the bar for corporate entertaining in the region.

When will I receive the E-ticket? 

• You will receive an instant confirmation upon booking. For bookings much in advance of the show, you will receive your E-ticket in a separate email closer to the show date, on the same email which you provided at the time of booking. For bookings closer to the show date, you will receive the E-ticket along with the email confirmation. 
• The E-ticket with the QR Code should be printed and carried to the venue for entry.

Are there provisions for buying food and beverages at the venue?

Yes, there are options for buying food and beverages in the arena. 

What are the entry timings and concert timings?

The gates open 90 minutes prior to showtime. There may be some opening acts before the main performance. However, these are tentative timings and BookMyShow will not be responsible for any unforeseen delays here. 

How do I gain entry to the concert?

Please carry a clear printout of your E-ticket / Email containing the QR Code for entry. Entry will be given upon scanning the QR Code at the gate to validate the ticket. If you are producing the ticket on your mobile device, we advise you to make sure you have downloaded the ticket in advance and saved it, to avoid any network connectivity issues.

Is there parking at the venue?

No, visitor parking will not be available. We advise you to park elsewhere in the CityWalk area, or better still, use public transport. 

What are the age restrictions that apply?

• Open for all ages, below 14 years to be accompanied by an adult. Every attendee needs a ticket
• Alcohol will not be served to persons below the legal drinking age of 21. We advise patrons to carry an age proof to the venue.
