Situated between Al Karama and the Dubai World Trade Centre, Zabeel Park is an urban public park which is divided into different sections connected by pedestrian bridges. The park covers 47.5 hectares of land, which is equivalent to 45 football grounds and has a parking capacity of approximately 2,000 vehicles. With an entrance fee of 5 AED, this park is a popular spot for sports and live music. The park features a 4.3 km jogging track, pedestrian tracks, BMX track, skateboarding park, barbecue and picnic areas, a boating lake, lakeside restaurants, ice skating, a mini cricket pitch and golfing area, shaded seating and children's play areas.
An urban park located in the outskirts of Dubai, it is spread over 64 hectares and offers a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa and Business Bay. The park features three lakes, over 200 species of birds, and 16,924 different trees and bushes. Safa Park is one of the most popular parks in Dubai and families throng here over the weekend.
Umm Suqeim Park
This beautiful park is open only to women and children during the weekdays and to men with their families over the weekends. Situated on the shores of the Gulf, this green and small park is an ideal place to spend a leisurely time with the entire family. The park features a small beach, a cafe and a children’s play area. So escape the crowd and enjoy the peaceful seascape.
A family-oriented park located in the eastern part of the city, Mushrif Park is was created in early 1980 by Dubai Municipality. The park features a swimming pool which can be used by the visitors. The small but beautiful park also features the replica models of traditional houses from the Arabic and Western worlds.
Al Qouz Pond Park
A free-for-all park, Al Qouz Pond Park is one of the best places to visit over the weekend. Located at the meeting point of Al Khail and Al Meydan roads, the park consists of playgrounds for kids, a running track around the pond for keeping fit, and grassy lawns for picnics. It offers something for everyone.
