COVID-19 REGULATIONS

• You must present a Green Pass on the Al Hosn app for entry, or a negative PCR test result not more than 96 hours old for the non-vaccinated.to attend this event
• Children under 12 years old do not require a PCR test
• PCR tests are to be taken at a UAE clinic
• Attendees to have Al Hosn App ready to present at the venue to enter
• Face masks are mandatory for all guests at all times, including when seated, and guests must adhere to all social distancing guidelines
• Failure to display any of these will result in entry being refused. Refunds will not apply

• Children aged 2 & under do not require a ticket provided they sit on a parent / guardians’ lap.
• Under 18's must be accompanied by Adult 21+
• Strictly no readmission
• Stroller parks to be made available at entry points. Strollers to be left at own risk and are not
• permitted on the concourse or bowl floors.
• Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted; No storage or cloakroom facilities available.
• Floor seating sector is flat floor level
• Doors will open one hour prior to the show. Please do not be late. Entry procedure with Covid-19 checks may take considerable time to complete
• Entry to the event is subject to validation of the ticket at the gate
• Please download your ticket bearing the QR Code/barcode to your mobile device. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that the QR Code / Barcode is clearly visible on your device
• This event is fully seated. Seats will be automatically allotted as per the best available seats at the time of booking. No requests for change in seats will be accepted
• ORIGINAL identification must be produced (Passport, UAE & GCC ID card ONLY)
• No other forms of ID will be accepted. No photocopy IDs will be accepted
• We can ask you to prove your age at any time. If you refuse, we can prevent you entering the venue/ ask you to leave the venue
• This event will have no alcohol sales at the concession counter. No outside food and beverages are allowed in the venue
• No professional cameras, audio or video recorders allowed within the venue; anyone found to be recording the show will be immediately removed from the venue with no refund provided
• Tickets once sold will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded. No requests for change of seats will also be entertained
• No refunds / partial refunds will be given to prior customers in case of any subsequent reduction in ticket prices owing to sales or promotions
• Please refrain from carrying any prohibited substances, including but not restricted to drugs, firearms, glass bottles, lighters (including cigarette lighters) professional cameras and video cameras, ammunition, weapons, whistles, air horns or other such devices or explosive material to the venue. If banned substances are found on person, the venue reserves the right to evict the bearer from the event without any compensation and also initiate proceedings as required by law
• BookMyShow will not be responsible for any change programme schedule due to unforeseen circumstances
• Pets are not allowed at the venue
• This is a strictly no smoking venue (including E-cigarettes and vaping devices). Smoking area available on the upper concourse terrace with lighters available only via security.
• Prayer rooms operational on all levels.
• In case of show cancellation, purchasers shall receive a full refund of the value of tickets purchased, as per the timelines shared by the show promoter. No other compensation shall be provided apart from the ticket refund
• Online ticket resale is prohibited. If the ticket is bought from a reseller such as Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo or Dubizzle or other resellers, it is considered invalid, and entry to the event will be declined. It is the responsibility of the customer to be of the correct age required to enter the event. It is the customer's responsibility to abide by the dress code set by the Event Organizer if any. If the customer is denied entry by the Event Organizer for any reason BookMyShow is not liable to refund the tickets. It is the responsibility of the customer to attend the event at the correct time. Non-attended events will not be refunded by BookMyShow
