    99 min Original Tour

    Discover Dubai with our recommended Original Tour. This spectacular tour begins with a cruise around the stunning vista of Dubai Marina and then heads into the open water where you will see the amazing JBR, Ain Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis the Palm and Burj Al Arab. Our tour then heads back along the coast with a first-class view the Royal Palaces, Palm Lagoon and Marina. There is plenty to see on this trip, so get your cameras at the ready! 


    75 min Atlantis Tour 

    See the infamous Atlantis the Palm in all its glory on our Atlantis Tour. Embark on a magical tour of the Arabian Gulf, past enchanting islands, stretches of white sandy beaches and amazing architectural structures.     When will I receive the E-ticket?

    You will receive an instant email confirmation upon booking the event. 

    The email confirmation along with an ID proof should be carried to the boarding point for entry 


    What are the entry timings?

    Boarding starts one hour prior to sailing. Patrons must reach at least 30 minutes prior. Latecomers will miss the cruise. 


    Is there parking at the venue?

    Limited parking may be available around the area. We advise people to use public transport to get to the boarding point. 


    What are the age restrictions that apply?

    Every attendee needs to have a valid ticket and there are no child tickets. 

    Alcohol will not be served to persons below the legal drinking age of 21. We advise patrons to carry an age proof to the venue.

    • Age Limit: 12+ for adult tickets, less than 12 for child tickets. 
    • Children weighing less than 15 kilograms cannot be carried for safety reasons. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
    • Tickets once sold will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded. No requests for change of seats will also be entertained. 
    • Child tickets are applicable for children aged up to 12 years old. Children weighing less than 15 kilograms cannot be carried for safety reasons. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
    • For safety reasons we do not permit women at any stage of pregnancy on-board. 
    • Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the tour departure time. 
    • All patrons are required to carry their own face masks and wear the same all the time in the common areas during the tour. No entry will be allowed without masks
    • Temperature checks will be carried out at the boarding point and patrons who register higher than normal temperature or any Covid-19 symptoms will not be allowed to board; no compensation will be allowed for such instances
    • Covid-19 social distancing and sanitization protocols will be in place on board and patrons are requested to comply. 
    • Please carry the confirmation email you received from BookMyShow at the time of booking along with an identity proof
    • Please carry an identity proof to the venue (UAE driving license / Emirates ID / Passport) 
    • No outside food and beverages may be carried inside the venue.  
    • Please refrain from carrying any prohibited substances, including but not restricted to drugs, firearms, glass bottles, professional cameras and video cameras, ammunition, weapons, whistles, air horns or other such devices or explosive material to the venue. If banned substances are found on person, the venue reserves the right to evict the bearer from the event without any compensation and also initiate proceedings as required by law.
    • Backpacks, and I-Pads, tablets, laptops, professional cameras, recording devices, selfie sticks are not permitted at the venue.
    • Strollers, prams and baby capsules are not allowed at the venue.  
    • Please carry valid identity/age proof at the venue. For overseas travelers, please keep passport and visa handy.
    • Purchasers will be responsible for making their own arrangements for travel till the venue, and stay if applicable
    • BookMyShow will not be responsible for any change programme schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. 
    • Alcohol, will not be served to individuals below 21 years of age, irrespective of the category of ticket booked. The bartender may request age proof before serving alcohol. Underage attendees may please be advised accordingly. 
    • Pets are not allowed at the venue. 
    • This is a strictly no smoking venue (including E-cigarettes and vaping devices) – patrons may only use the designated smoking area.
