- By purchasing Tickets, you shall be agreeing to Dubai Parks & Resorts’ terms and conditions.
- Children below 3 years can enter free of charge.
- The E-ticket received by you as an email confirmation post booking has to be printed and presented in a readable manner at the entry gate to be allowed into the park.
- Tickets must be redeemed on the date of visit selected while booking tickets.
- In the “2 Days 4 Parks” Ticket, second entry should be used within 7 days from first use.
- Tickets exclude activities/events that are separately priced
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any other option
- For upgrades and re-entry Guests are requested to present their physical Ticket
- Tickets are not resale or exchange, they are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Removing any part of, altering or defacing the Tickets(s) may invalidate it.
- A Ticket purchaser may purchase Tickets only for his/her own personal use and/or that of his/her Guest(s).
- Each theme park, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to vary the opening and closing dates and times of the attractions and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, events or facilities within the attractions for any reason including, but not being limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, the full value or any part of the value of the Ticket will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable if any of the advertised attractions are removed or closed during the year.
- Visitors get free parking along with optional paid valet service. Parking fees are subject to change without notice.
- Refunds are not available in any circumstances
- The Tickets holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances.
- The Tickets holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
- Please carry valid identity / age proof at the venue. For overseas travelers, please keep passport and visa handy.

- Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue to pick up your physical tickets.
